Peach and ginger go very well together and create a tart, spicy iced tea recipe that is a great change to your typical iced tea.
- Add 4 heaped teaspoons of No.30 Tuscan Peach and Ginger green tea to a 1 litre pitcher.
- Pour the hot water into the jar, and allow the tea to steep for 15 minutes. Then, strain out the tea leaves and discard, alternatively you could use a tea strainer for easy removal.
- Add sliced peaches
- Place into the fridge to completely chill for 3-4 hours for the flavours to release.
- To serve sweeten to taste and top with ice and a sprig of fresh basil (optional)
